Combine Ingredients
- Add all ingredients (almond milk, frozen berries, frozen banana, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and optional ice) to a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Adjust Consistency
- If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, add an extra splash of unsweetened almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add more ice/frozen fruit. For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk. You can prep smoothie packs by combining dry ingredients (protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon) and frozen fruits/veggies in a reusable bag and storing them in the freezer. When ready to blend, just add the contents of the bag to your blender with the liquid and almond butter.
