Method

Combine Ingredients
  1. Add all ingredients (almond milk, frozen berries, frozen banana, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and optional ice) to a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth
  1. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Adjust Consistency
  1. If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, add an extra splash of unsweetened almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy your delicious and nutritious weight loss smoothie immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add more ice/frozen fruit. For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk. You can prep smoothie packs by combining dry ingredients (protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon) and frozen fruits/veggies in a reusable bag and storing them in the freezer. When ready to blend, just add the contents of the bag to your blender with the liquid and almond butter.
