Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with the fresh lime juice, salt, and black pepper using a fork until it's chunky-smooth. Set aside.
Assemble and Bake
- Place the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle each slice lightly with olive oil. Toast in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes, just until they are lightly golden and slightly crisp.
- Remove the bread from the oven. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each toasted bread slice, going almost to the edges.

- Return the avocado bread pizzas to the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
