- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped apples. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the crumble topping. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter or topping. This bread also freezes well!
