Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to form a batter.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly in the batter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Meanwhile, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  6. After 15 minutes, remove the cauliflower and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  7. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and ensure your buffalo sauce is vegan-friendly.
