Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Add grated parmesan and toss again to coat evenly.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with more parmesan or parsley.
Notes
Feel free to substitute baby potatoes with russet or Yukon gold potatoes, just cut them into small chunks for even cooking.
