Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake rises and is set in the center.

Notes
