Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Flatten each ball using a fork to make a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Notes

Use traditional no-stir peanut butter for best results. Add chocolate chips or sea salt flakes for variety. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
