Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Greek Yogurt plain, full-fat or low-fat
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 0.25 cup Granola high-quality
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Pistachios or walnuts
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon ground
  • 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
  • 2 leaves Fresh Mint for garnish, optional

Method
 

Assemble the Dessert
  1. In each of two small serving bowls, spoon out 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) over the yogurt in each bowl. If using vanilla extract, add 1/8 teaspoon to each bowl.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the yogurt in each bowl.
  4. Gently stir the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla (if using) into the yogurt until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Evenly divide the mixed berries between the two bowls, placing them on top of the yogurt.
  6. Top each dessert with 2 tablespoons of granola and 1/2 tablespoon of chopped pistachios.
  7. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf, if desired, and serve immediately for best enjoyment.

Notes

For variations, try different fruits like sliced banana, figs, or peaches. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the yogurt for extra zing. A drizzle of chocolate sauce or a sprinkle of chocolate chips can also be a delightful addition. This dessert is best enjoyed fresh.
